1. Room Booking Cancellation Policy

2. Booking Modifications
- Booking date changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the original check-in date, subject to room availability.
- Modification requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@kamlodabhaviresort.com or by calling +91 8218236090.
- If the new dates have a higher room rate, the difference will be charged. If lower, the difference will be refunded or credited at the resort’s discretion.
- Modifications are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
3. Special Packages & Event Bookings
- Honeymoon and special occasion packages require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
- Banquet hall and lawn bookings require full payment at least 14 days before the event date.
- Event bookings cancelled more than 14 days in advance: 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days: no refund.
- Spa and restaurant reservations can be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours in advance.
4. How to Cancel a Booking
- Log in to your account on our website and navigate to “My Bookings”, or

Cancellation is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from our team. Verbal cancellations over the phone are not considered final.
5. Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Bank processing time may add an additional 3–5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Transaction fees and payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Force Majeure
In the event of cancellations due to natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns, floods, or other force majeure circumstances beyond the guest’s or resort’s control, full refunds or complimentary date changes will be offered at the resort’s discretion.
